  • Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.

  • Purchases may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund at our online store, within fourteen (14) days after the delivery date.

    We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

    Please see the last question for instructions on shipping your exchange/return.

  • Email us at: info@fatiguebahamas.com with your order number in the title.

    In the body of the email, indicate:

    1. What is is you are returning.

    2. Whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a refund, or a piece of similar price.

    You will receive an RMA# as a response to your email.

    After you have received your RMA#, prepare your package:

    Place your item in its original packaging . Ensure that all return items are well packaged, as to not be damaged in post.

    Drop your package off at any USPS/UPS/FEDEX store or pick-up location.

    Once return is received, allow 5-10 business days to be issued a full refund, depending on your bank’s processing time.
